Returns

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund under the
parameters listed below:

• For order returns, you must contact us to request a pre-authorized RMA number. You may contact us via email at sales@theboxdepot.com or via telephone at 734-453-6986. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and an issued RMA.

• If you wish to return an order that is not due to an error made by BulkBoxBag.com, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Upon receipt of full order return you will be credited for the merchandise, less a 25% restocking fee.

• No partial returns will be accepted. Merchandise must be returned it its original packaging and in resalable condition.

• Initial shipping charges are not refundable unless an error was caused by BulkBoxBag.com.

• Orders over 15 days from date of receipt will not be authorized for return/refund.

• All discontinued and seasonal merchandise sales are final. No returns will be accepted.

• Custom orders are not available for return.
